Refund Policy: Westcoast Business Review values our customers. We will make every effort to ensure customer satisfaction. In the event a customer is not pleased with our product or service, we offer a refund in the form of a credit, which can be applied to any-on-line store service or purchase for up to one year from the date of the credit. The customer will be E-mailed a confirmation of store credit and the amount of the credit within 48 hours of receipt of returned store item(s) and the completed credit form. Instructions for issuing on-line store credit: Westcoast Business Review and Westcoast Business Review Publishing requires the customer complete an on-line store credit form and return any products received within seven (7) days from receipt of products or goods and within five (5) days from receipt of any on-line business services to obtain proper store credit. The items on the form marked * are required to apply proper store credit. Upon completion of the form the customer must return the product undamaged to PO Box 2366 Sarasota, Florida 34230 within 14 days from the purchase date.
