Refund Policy: Westcoast Business Review values our customers. We will make every effort to ensure customer satisfaction. In the event a customer is not satisfied with our product, we offer a refund in the form of a Online Store Credit. This credit can be applied to any online store purchase for up to six (6) months from the date of the credit, after which it will no longer be valid. The customer will receive a confirmation of the Online Store Credit and the amount of the credit. We will limit two (2) Online Store Credits per calendar year. These credits are non-transferable. Instructions for issuing Online Store Credit: Westcoast Business Review and Westcoast Business Review Publishing require a completed Return Form and undamaged product before issuing a Store Credit. The customer must complete the online Return Form and return it with the undamaged product(s) within ten (10) days from receipt of the product(s). Send items to P.O. How to use the Online Store Credit: Upon receiving your Confirmation Number, you can make online purchases. Fill out the Online Store Credit Form and submit. Allow 7 to 10 business days for shipping, depending upon availability of the item selected.
