Jim Weaver is not a stranger to the stage or television. As an actor and singer, his work has taken him to Broadway (most recently in "Marie Christine," starring Audra McDonald), Off-Broadway, regional theaters across the country and Europe. He has been seen on television in "Ed", "Law and Order," "Kojak," an Italian TV series in Rome and in films such as "Center Stage," "Heroes" and "Jaws." His voice has been heard on several voice-overs and cast recordings. Jim’s directing and choreography has been seen in the U.S. at Maine State Music Theater, The American Stage Festival, Lincoln Center New York, and others as well as in European countries. Some of his favorite productions have been Floyd Collins (award winning) Once On This Island, Five Guys Named Moe, Little Shop Of Horrors, Ain’t Misbehaving and DreamGirls. Randy Shields successfully fought six world champions, including four World Hall of Fame fighters: Sugar Ray Leonard, Thomas “The Hitman” Hearns, Welfrado Benitez and Pipino Cuevas. As an amateur, this amazing athlete won six California state titles, the AAU National Championship and was ranked number one internationally. This former boxing lightweight and Jr. welterweight champion was the first person to win two titles in the same tournament. Shields was just inducted into the Golden State Boxing Hall of Fame on August 12, 2006 and will be inducted into the California Boxing Hall of Fame on August 19, 2006 in Los Angeles. Lovespring International is a half-hour improvisational comedy about a matchmaking agency that markets themselves as an “elite Beverly Hills” company, even though they are located in Tarzana, CA. This dysfunctional group of “relationship counselors” is the last people you would want helping you find true love. Wendi will be seen in the Fox feature RENO 911!: MIAMI (based, of course, on the Comedy Central series). She has completed the improvised, comedy film, CLOSING ESCROW, about three quirky families seeking to buy their next home who collide when trying to purchase the same property.
